I hate everything I've tried recently (Burt's Bees, BWC, Yes to Tomatoes, even a farmers market tea tree shampoo bar) Any recs for shampoo that won't leave your skin itchy and your hair feeling dirty/oily? I remember trying GudonyaToo a few years ago and liking it. Anyone bought that recently? TIA!
Re: I need shampoo recs!
The salon I went to used this and I loved it:

But I'd prefer something with a lower rating if possible!
I'm doing some research on Skin Deep and amazon and this looks promising so far:

We tried a Lush "solid shampoo" a year and a half ago, and we still use because it comes just as is, so no plastic or preservatives or extra packaging. It's about 9 or 10 bucks but mine last for 3 months when I wash my hair every other day or so. I usually have 3 or 4 at a time so I can rotate because you do get tired of the same "flavor" when it lasts this long. Here's one I liked because it got my hair clean without over drying, their cinnamon/mint "new" flavor is cool too.

I love Gudonya, but I hate spending the money on it. It's probably about the same price as my other options, but it feels more expensive having to buy online.
It's definitely my favorite, though.
I've tried lots of types over the last year and a half or so (however long this board has been around!), and Alba Botanica plumeria is what I have come back to (it looks like they are a 4 on the EWG database).
I have really long, thick hair, and while I loved how my hair looked and felt when I used Gudonya, I just couldn't get past the fact that it took for-ever to get it all lathered into my hair. And I could just never remember to reorder it before running out.
I've tried Avalon Organics, BB and Nature's Gate since then. I'm currently using Nature's Gate and really like it a lot. And it's only a 4 on the cosmetics database, so not that bad. Avalon made my hair feel like straw and it looked greasy after a half a day, where with others I can get away with only washing every other day or so. I hated BB b/c it was so runny and it was hard to lather.

I use a bar shampoo from JRLiggett. Then I rinse with apple cider vinegar and water.
