What are you ladies doing for Mother's Day this weekend?  I somehow ended up hosting lunch for at least 15 ppl  It should be interesting...

ugh! how did that happen?! 

my bff is ditching the husband & kid to stay at my place on saturday night for homemade pizza, cocktails, and girl time (DH is going to scram for the evening). on sunday, we're have brunch here: http://www.barpilar.com/brunch

i just mailed off mother's day stuff to my mom, gram, and MIL and we'll call them on sunday.

Nothing. I am going to DC to visit DH, so it's just him and me. MIL is wicked annoyed that no one will be around to tell her how fabulous she is.

I have no idea.  I will be in CT for a session Saturday morning and then an evening session.  Sunday, not a clue.  I highly doubt it will be anything special though, Matt usually kinda sucks at that stuff.

Ella and I are heading up to Boston to the Museum of Science and possibly Fanieul hall depending on the time.  

It is going to be so nice to be just she and I.

I go to my memere's every year and we just order pizza and wings for everyone so we don't have to cook!  Other than that, we'll see if DH actually plans anything before he heads to work for the night.  Last year we had just closed on the house so he left the apt at 8am and was working on stuff all day long, never even got a stinking card!  So I think I'm owed a gift x2!

We have my niece's 1st Communion so probably not much. Oh and DH keeps asking what I want for mother's day which means he hasn't put any thought into it at all and i'll probably get a card....

I don't know! I told DH that he and Benjamin need to have a man to man talk and plan something. I also told him if he thinks we should have our parents over, he has to plan it and contact them. His response was, "I knooooooooooow Melissa."

So, I better not get jipped.
