Baking question

Can I make cupcakes tonight and frost them tomorrow? If so, do I need to refrigerate or freeze them? Thanks!

Re: Baking question

  • Yea my mom does it all the time. I'd just put them in a ziplock bag and refrigerate them to keep them moist.

  • Wrapping cake in plastic wrap and freezing while warm is a baker's trick for moist cake. It also makes it easier to frost. It might make them even better!

Really? I would have never thought to do that. I will have to give that I try, thanks!
