Windows 7 scrolling question
My new laptop has Windows 7 so I'm assuming this is a feature in Windows....there is a little rectangular box that pops up on the screen (I assume is a scrolling bar.) Is there a way to disable it? I can't even figure out what I"m doing to active it but all I know is a I hate it and want it gone
Can anyone help? I can't seem to find an answer when I google it.
Thanks!
