Need Unique Gift Idea - Probably Craft-Oriented
My brother wants to put together an anniversary gift for my SIL which somehow incorporates the notes (email) they exchanged on match.com when they first met. Any ideas? I gave him some that I didn't 100% like but I'll keep them to myself because I need some fresh ideas. Thanks!

He could print out some emails on cool paper, then cut and use them as photo matting on a set of pics of them--like in a 3-space 4x6 or 5x7 frame.
I just got an invite to a bridal shower that used a page of a novel cut into a bridal-gown shape on the front. Really cute. The bride is an avid reader, and her h-to-be is a writer.

What were the ideas you gave him? Maybe we tweak them and make them more exciting?
I think a super sweet gift would be a bound book of key passages from the emails. Each page could be dated and then a special quote from the email would be on that page. Kind of like a book of love poems. The book could be titled Excerpts from Our Courtship or something like that. I imagine it to be a small book - maybe 4x6 or 5x7. Kinko's does book binding. Or I am sure you could find more options for covers and page edges on the interwebz. Maybe I am a cheese ball, but I would love to flip through those messages on paper and then hand it down to my daughter - if i had one! ha!
Another idea could be to print out key passages from emails and decoupage it on a canvas. Something that can then be hung in their bedroom.
Do the notes necessarily have to be readable? If you print them on really light weight paper you could make something like this:

Awesome ideas everyone! Here is what I suggested:
You could print them on different colored papers to add visual interest...

You could also take close up pictures of the letters at interesting angles shooting wide open with your focus on an important part and have them printed on square canvases and arrange them in a grid or other shape on the wall.
Also thinking about just pulling out important words from the emails and doing something with those but can't think of what!
What about a picture of you both with the email text used as a texture? If you do a layer of the picture of you both and then put a picture of the letter (or pieces of them) on top of it in another layer, reduce the opacity and see what happens. Then, print on canvas or some other type of display.

I like this idea a lot.
Yep, I do too. I like it because of the simplicity of it. They just bought a house so will need some wall decorations. I'm just picturing maybe 4 squares 6x6 inches. I'm not sure if he understands what I mean so I might send him an example.
