I was playing on ML as I procrastinated doing paperwork, found this gem. I was laughing so hard it brougth tears to my eyes. Hilarious.
The thread is the funniest things that your kid mispronounces. Here's the link to the whole thread:

best one (that had my crying):
My kid is so crazy.
'Zerts are what she calls desserts. Tray-trays are entrees. She calls sandwiches sammies, sandoozles, or Adam Sandlers. Air conditioners are cool blasterz, with a z. I don't know where that came from. She calls cakes big ol' cookies. She calls noodles long-ass rice. Fried chicken is fri-fri chicky-chick. Chicken parm is chicky chicky parm parm. Chicken cacciatore? Chicky catch. She calls eggs pre-birds, or future birds. Root beer is super water. Tortillas are bean blankies. And she calls forks...food rakes.
DED.
Re: funny kid stuff
LOL that is hilarious. I love kids and the funny things they say.
Long-ass rice? Pre-birds? Hilarious!
:Blog:
isn't that straight out of Parks and Recreation?
no clue. I'm going to be sad if it is. I really hoped there was a little girl out there calling eggs "pre-birds" and forks "food rakes."
Here it is, about halfway down the page.
It *was* a hilarious scene, but not cool for her to claim her kid says that!
so sad. Maybe everyone on ML knows she's joking or something. Sad face.
Still made me laugh until I cried though. Props to P&R.
Seriously, I had the same reaction when I saw that episode. I used to hate that show, but this season it's been really funny.
I was going to call BS on that one because there's no way a three year old could come up with all that. It's far to clever lol. So it makes sense to me that it was from Parks & Recreation, although I've never seen that show.
That whole post is hilarious though!
Yeah, it's totally from Parks & Rec, Tom is the best, they just let him talk infront of the camera for an hour and pick the good stuff. Basically what they do for everyones 'aside scenes'. Such a good show...
Also, i'd be really nervous if any kid called pasta 'long ass rice'
