Protecting tomato plants..
My tomatoes are starting to ripen & something is attacking them before they are bright red! There arent any animals that roam around my backyard, and my dogs dont bother the plants. The green tomatoes are left unharmed, just the ripening ones. I did notice ants around my tomato plants, could they cause the damage. Any way to protect them? They are currently on a trellis, nothing special. TIA!
