Home inspectors in/near Germantown?
Hey girls.
DH and I just got word that the bid we put on a house Sunday has been accepted. Now we need to find an inspector. Any recommendations for ones in/near Germantown? Or is there anyone we should know to avoid??

Scott Benkert, Benkert Home Inspection. I have personally used him 3 times and have been to dozens of inspections with him. 262-524-4025.

I highly recommend John Geiger at Homex. He even does a dvd of his inspection! He's in Milwaukee, but travels all around the area.
