How do I get basement smell out of my couch!
Help ladies! My couch was being stored in the basement, and now it smells like a musty nasty basement. Any ideas.... I hate to just spray it with febreeze I don't feel like that really works on fabric.

Can you take the covers off the cushions and wash them in the gentle cycle? I do that when my couch needs a good cleaning.
If thats not a possibility maybe you could look into renting one of those steam cleaners? I have my own and it has an upholstry attachment that works wonders.
Other than that you may have to hire a professional. Good Luck!
