Peanut Butter Bean Brownies?

I found this recipe on this blog I follow.  I'm very intrigued but not sure if I'm brave enough to make them.  Who wants to be a guinea pig?

Ingredients:

1 can pinto beans, rinsed and drained)
10 baby carrots
4 eggs
1/3 cup melted coconut oil
2/3 cup peanut butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup sugar
1 package Reese?s peanut butter chips

Instructions:

1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. In a food processor bowl or blender (I use blender), combine the pinto beans, baby carrots, eggs, melted coconut oil, peanut butter, vanilla, and sugar. Pulse or blend until smooth (or as smooth as possible).
2. Grease an 8?8-inch baking dish. Pour half the batter into the greased dish. Sprinkle HALF of the Reese?s peanut butter chips and then pour the remaining batter, then sprinkle the remaining Reese?s peanut butter chips on top of the batter and use a spatula to push them down into the batter just a little (but not too much; they will sink some while the brownies bake).
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes, until brownies are set in the middle. Watch the edges for excess browning if you?re not sure they?re done. (Mine seem to take a full 50 minutes, and are still chewy but not gooey.)
Cool and then chill before serving! Store in fridge.

*A tip for cutting: Let cool in pan for 10 min, then run knife along edge of pan, with one quick move dump on cutting board, tapping pan to make sure it removed evenly. Then proceed to cut into preferred size pieces. I like to chill in the fridge overnight before serving.
