Anyone been to Owings Mills Mall recently?
I haven't been there in a looooooong time, because it was so crappy last time I went. And I think I heard there was a shooting there not long ago. I want to stop by a JC Penney, though, and I don't know when I'll be able to get to White Marsh.

Owings Mills has gone down hill since I have been here; I've been in the area for 3 years. I stopped going there because most stores don't survive. In the fall of '08 Boscovs was closing leaving JCPenney and Macy's as the anchor stores. At times it feels very empty because of the lack of business. Hopefully it won't look like Laurel Mall in a few years.
JCP will definitely remain they get a lot of the business. Sometimes I find good deals at that location.
