5th anniversary presents. ..
I know a few of us are having 5th anniversaries coming up.
According to Google, its the "silverware" anniversary.
We are going away overnight (sans DD) so that's a good present, but I'd like to get DH something too. Any suggestions? I gave him a watch and silver cufflinks for our wedding, so I don't want to repeat those. I dont' really want to do any kind of technology present.
Re: 5th anniversary presents. ..
What is he interested in?
Would it be possible to also do crabs or a nice dinner? What about a bottle of nice liquor he can enjoy?
5 cats. 1 baby.
If you wanted to keep it in the vein of silver/metal ware you could do metal crab mallets, a nice set of metal gardening tools (though you might already have them), or you could do a glass decanter(s) w/ the engraved metal liquor label(s) on them.
Ours is looming as well, along w/ our b-days. I really don't want a singledamnthing. I feel I have so many half finished projects around- like having stuff framed.
I would be so thrilled if DH just took the initiative to do a few of those things for me.
I got these for my dad for father's day a few years ago, engraved with his initials. He really likes them and uses them pretty often. The company also makes a pewter crab knife.
Good luck!
I'm bumping this up just to see if anyone has any additional ideas.
I think the crab mallets are good though.
