Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

s/o returning things
I know its late but I just had to add to this.
My SIL's daughter had a kids dvd player for about a year that she kept hitting buttons on it and broke it. Well my SIL went and bought a new one and then put the broken one back in the box and returned the broken one saying that it was broken when she bought it! I was horrified! How can you do something like that? I just couldn't believe it and the post below made me think of it.
