I know Hannah usually starts this thread, but I am planning to go to the grocery store during lunch and need some inspiration.
Do you already know what you're having?

TTC Since January 2011 - We have bad spermMy dinner is still TBD...b/c (AW moment), it's my birthday!!! I get to choose where we go, but I want to wait and see if the sun decides to stay out (chance of rain here) and then eat on a patio somewhere.
However, later in the week we're going to make this chicken. We made it once before and both loved it.
Otherwise, we're illustrating our savyness/cheapness buy eating free meals w/bday coupons (nice thing about having bdays within 5 days of each other)

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!

I'm going to give this a try tonight:
Chicken with Cremini Mushroom -- Port Sauce
I'm making potatoes with kielbasa and onions all mixed together. It's super easy and really yummy. I usually add in some green peppers but we don't have any at home and I don't feel like shopping. It looks something like this when it's done.
Thanks ladies! I ended up getting pasta sauce to go with ravioli and the ingredients for shipwreck dinner. I'll let Chris decide between those two "gourmet" options - ha!
I also got my favorite break and bake cookie dough...so the oven is preheating now so I can have a couple as my after lunch snack
The chicken dishes you guys posted sound really good, but sadly, the thought of cleaning and cooking (and sometimes even eating) chicken for the past few months is not going over very well. I get totally sick to my stomach just thinking about it. So it's been probably three or four months since I've cooked it.

That's one of the ingredients in shipwreck dinner - haha!

What's shipwreck dinner?
It's one of our favorite meals, even though I'm sure it was originally targeted to people with kids under the age of 8. This is the link:

Haha Montana! I completely agree! And calcium from the cheese, protein from the beef (I use 96/4, so that part isn't so bad)!
I mean, it's just as healthy as having grilled chicken and veggies for dinner!

Lol! I like how you think! Thanks for the recipe. I may have to try this soon. Matt hates peas, so I'd have to substitute another veggie...corn perhaps? Although that makes it even less healthy.
