Being a landlord rant
I just had to call to get a container to get rid of the trash that my last tenants left in the house....$250 I am sick...really it's your trash take it with you. They exceeded the security deposit in damages/trash etc....taking them to small claims would take more time than it's probably worth......I wish the airport would buy the house but they are going the other way...

I feel your pain. My husband owns a four family with one of his sisters (we currently live in one of the units, she does not). I am absolutely AMAZED at what people will leave and do when they are done with our place! Of course we don't live in a very great area so that could have something to do with the lack of respect.
And living on the property with the tenets can be such a pain. I like the ones we have now, but in the past it was not very pleasant at all.
Landlords in this state really do get the crappy end of the stick!
