Our First New...
Car! Over the weekend the hubby and I got bought our first new car! Ok, so it's not new, new... but it's new to us!
We ended up buying a 2010 Ford Escape... We were at a Jeep Dealership looking at a Jeep Patriot (which didn't fit because Eric is 6'6 and too tall). And the dealer showed us this car! We test drove it and liked it... We ended up negotiating with the dealer... but walked away. We got them down, but it was still $1,500 more than our budget...
We went home and looked around and found out that holy cow they were giving us a great deal! Cheaper than trade in book value... We looked around online and for that price we were looking at a 2007 or 2008 with 50,000 miles on it. We decided even though it wasn't exactly what we were looking for or the color... it was too good to pass up!
So the next morning we went back to the dealership and asked if they same deal was on the table... it was! So we bought the car. It's in Pearl White... I told Eric we should name the car "Pearl"... Yes, I name my cars!
I hope nobody thinks I am bragging, I am just very excited! We LOVE our new car!

I am 5'11. Hubby is the first guy I can wear heels and not tower over it's nice! I guess I have a thing for tall guys!
My dad is 6'6 and my brother is 6'7... I guess we grow giants out here in Kansas!
