Where do you tend/prefer to get your books (new, used, electronic, library, etc.)?

Re: Q of the Day
Library or used book store, I'm a sucker for the way old books smell, I know I'm a freak, my H tells me so
He tried to buy me a kindle for mother's day and I told him not too because I love my books so much!
I buy used, unless there is something I want right away or if I really liked a book and want a copy that is nice for my bookshelf.
I like to buy at library book sales and at a local used book store. If I buy new I go to Barnes and Noble.
Some of each, but now that I have an ipad, I'll probably be doing mostly ebooks. I like the convenience factor of the instant download.
I'm happy to lend, trade, or give away most books after I've read them. I should really sign up for one of those swapping websites.
I like to got to places like Half Price books first to see if they have a used book I want, if they do not have it or the book just came out I will go to Barnes and Noble. I love books and have a 'library' room at our house so I like to keep all mine.
I love our local library, and since my tax money pays for it, I might as well use it!
For books I want to keep a copy of- I usually get my books from a used bookstore, where I can trade in my books to get store credit. I also like to go to the library bookstore, where they sell used books and the money goes to benefit the library. I also hit garage sales a lot. I will admit, though, that I do still go to Barnes and Noble sometimes... I just can't stop myself!
