I started charting, but I started that back when we were TTA. Other than that, I made a real effort to lay off the drunken smoke breaks. I obviously did not stop drinking, as I was totally hammered the day before my BFP.

Either. I am not charting. Perhaps it's some sort of placebo effect, but I have a rough idea of when I am ovulating based on what I read in TCOYF and how I feel. I know the sure-fire way of knowing is to chart, but I was not consistent enough with temping, so I quit doing it.
I am taking pre-natals and folic acid. I don't smoke and I'm not a huge drinker (though I have my moments).
LOL I was beyond drunk the weekend before i found out.
i went to amsterdam and smoked and drank lots of beer and had lots of sex BAM a baby.
but in all honesty i had started riding my bike two months before 3 miles a day to work so i think that helped with my mild pcos which i am pretty sure is gone now.
I got my BFP the day after the Super Bowl. So I, too, had tied one on pretty much that entire weekend prior.
To answer your question, ditto pp's: prenatals/folic acid and that was about it.

my married last name starts with an H and is pretty German. All my friends call my non existant spawn Heidi. We say we'll bring her to Oktoberfest so she can be a beer wench. Maybe instead we can just go and make her there!

i took a pregnancy test the day before we had a party. it was negative, so i drank myself silly. 2 days later it was positive. good times.

BTW, FI really wants you to name the girl Heidi.
I think at this point a lot of people actually want us to really use the name Heidi. It ain't happening though!
