Its been awhile..

1) How is everyone doing?

2) Running plans this week?

3) What is your current running goal?

  • 1) My last run was the Great Race which was a couple weeks ago now. I'm revising my training schedule and hoping to find a race for June and for sure the Jungle Run in July.

    2) I plan to run 4 times.. not sure how far just yet.

    3) My current goal is to loose about 10 pounds and gain some speed again. I've been slacking but I have new focus now. 

  • 1.) pretty good I think, I'm just getting back into my groove

    2.) I ran sunday, monday and today. I plan on running wednesday, friday and sat too.

    3.) I will only be allowed to run for another week, then I'll be on doctor ordered rest. But in the meantime I would like to drop a few IVF pounds!

  • 1) I've been MIA on running since I got tonsillitis last week. My last run was the 29th for about 5 miles.2) I'm hoping to get in three runs this week, but not sure when I can fit them in. 3) My current goal is to get to trim down and get back into interval training to ramp up speed. (AND hopefully get into the Nike Marathon)
  • I don't run anymore... *sad*

    I am determined to run the CIM relay this year though.  And I'll be on the lookout for a jogging stroller to buy myself for my bday in February Wink

    Glad to read about everyone else's progress, goals and races!  Keep up the great work!

  • 1) How is everyone doing? I think really good. I ran my first 8K this weekend and was happy with my time. I have an event planned almost every month this year. I'm starting to really enjoy running and the mental and physical accomplishments that stem from being a runner. 2) Running plans this week? I'm am starting a new training schedule tonight. I think it has me running 4-5 days this week. 3) What is your current running goal? To improve my 5K time. I hope my time will be under 31:00 minutes for the event next month. Also, I want to continue adding distance to my runs. 
  • 1) How is everyone doing? Brutal. I have zero motivation to go out and run but I know that I need to do it. But I don't wannnnaaaa...

    2) Running plans this week? Twice?

    3) What is your current running goal? I have a 5 miler Memorial Day weekend and I need to get cracking for that. I have no excuse not to prepare, but I think I need as ass kicking.

  • 1) Doing pretty good. Running more now that the weather is nicer.

    2) I am hoping for a 5-6 mi on Fri

    3) I am very seriously considering the big sur half in Nov... 

  • 1. Good I guess, having a dog that loves to run is definitely motivation to keep at it.

    2. AF is here for a few days so I feel Ick! so I ran Saturday morning, walked the dog Sun and Monday. Today we walked for 30 minutes in the morning and will go after dinner. I have a 10K trail race Saturday, the Cinderella run at Joaquin Miller.

    3. I signed up for a 20K trail race in August so I need to basically train for a half marathon starting in June. I love warmer running weather but since I live in the far east bay, it can heat up here pretty early so weekend runs will be early morning.

    I have not signed up for any races this year. I just did that one in March that sucked (organiztion, not the run itself).

    I did run 3.5 miles on Sunday with some friends. I am itching to get out and run some more espeically with the warmer weather. I hate being indoors @ a gym. meh.

  • 1) How is everyone doing?  I've been doing allright.  Much slower and continuing to get slower.  I try to run 8-9 miles a week.

    2) Running plans this week?  I usually run Tues/Thurs/one weekend day.  But today was super busy so I may have to do Thurs/Fri/weekend da.  

    3) What is your current running goal? I have a 5k on June 5th.  I want to make sure I run the whole thing.  :)

    Cool. I ran the half last year... and wont do that race again. It was really unorganized :( Maybe they have early packet pickup this year?
