Where did the Skinny B's go (again....)???

Especially my spark people buddies??  We keep falling apart!  I am really trying and need you girls to help me out!  My exercise has been a joke, but I am committed to logging my food on to the website to hold myself somewhat accountable!  If Jenna will get back on a normal sleep schedule, it sure would help me get myself together!!!

  • lol the Skinny B's lasted for about 2 days.

    I've been lazy. My food has been okay..not great. Working out has slipped pretty bad, but since my husband will be here soon we will work out together. It's so much easier when you have someone to motivate you.?

  • It seems like we can't make up our minds!  I've been meaning to get more active on sparkpeople as far as counting my calories but I just can't find the motivation.  I'm still keeping my exercise on track but I really need help with my diet.  But my motivation is lacking. :(

  • I was just thinking about this today and how much of a slacker I am!!!  With my bday last week, football and all, I fell off the bandwagon, but totally plan on getting back into that 30DS workout!!!  I hope to do it tomorrow and continue on.  I have a jr league mtg tonight.....
  • didn't do a damn thing last week....it was cp time for me and i was not having it...

    i ran yesterday...plan to run at least 2 more times this week...

  • I fell off the wagon.  I used physical therapy as an excuse to quit.  I'm done with pt but I've just been lazy.  I blame PMS.  I was depressed and just wanted to lay around.

    I did some yoga last night and this morning.  It was on my On Demand channel.  It was AM Yoga with Randall Yee.  I really liked it.  It was very relaxing but definitely worked my muscles.  Downward facing dog still kills me everytime.  I'm hoping to start a yoga class soon.

    My goal is to do yoga or go for a walk every morning.  Then, cardio a few nights a week also.  I'll still be getting in my 30 min a day and not trying to do everything at night.  I can't do cardio in the mornings.  My brain can't comprehend that early.

     

  • Well, it sounds like we all have our excuses!  I hope that everyone can get back in to the groove!!
  • Things have been so crazy for me. I've been working weird hours. I've been eating better not great. I'm trying to do the exercise on Demand from Charter. I just need to get back to a routine of working hours and I should do better!

  • Ha! I was just thinking how I need to log on to SP. I'm so lazy & non-commital (sp?). I'm going to try and do better ! Good luck.

     And I'll cross my fingers on the sleep issue. Amarah has always been a horrid sleeper.
