Re: Wednesday AW/Confessions/Open Letters

  • I love BOOB talk.

First of all meldot you are my personal hero for pumping that long.

LD I totally feel like I grow magic in my boobs. Milo doubling in weight from JUST MY BOOBS IS INSANE.

Amy I totally am not ready for this solid bull and we are going to wait to six months but yeah i cringe at it being only two months away.

  • Well apparently I do have an AW.  I literally just a few minutes ago felt the baby kick for the first time.  I've felt flutters for the last two weeks or so but this was a difinitive kick.  Very cool!

Yay! I remember how exciting it was to feel the baby move.

Meldot, you're my hero. I hate pumping and I don't know how you did it for this long.

  • I met with the high risk doctor, and it looks like I have to get ultrasounds every 4 weeks and take a progesterone shot once a week for the next 20 weeks (unless I deliver early again).

I have 2 worries. One is that I really really reallllly want to be Team Green this time, and I'm going to stress it to the U/S tech a million times, but I'm still afraid that they'll slip. Second one is that I know I need the shots weekly and will do whatever I have to in order to keep this bean in, but I hate needles, so that sucks.

  • tammy--dont worry too much about staying team green...most techs are not at all interested in that part, they just want to see what they need :)
