living near Arlington, VA
please help if you can... we are likely moving to the Arlington area. what would be nearby cities that have:
affordable 2-3 bdrm apts (under 1500)
less than 20 minute commute to the arlington school district
is there a good website that would help me with relocation to this area???

Good luck finding an apartment under $1500 that isn't gov't subsidized housing. Your moving to an expensive area unfortunately.
Check out Apartmentfinder.com, rent.com, and craigslist.org
You might be able to find someone self-renting a place for cheaper.
You're not going to find a 2-3 bedroom apartment in arlington for under $1500.00.

We could walk to Rosslyn, Clarendon, and Georgetown easily. It was right off 66 and close to 395.
If you do find an apartment in the arlington area for 2-3 bedrooms under $1,500, there is a reason why. It is probably in the ghetto.
We found a HUGE two bedroom apartment for $1,200 in Arlington and thought it was awesome. Someone was murdered in the apartment building during a gang fight the next day.
