s/o Stand mixers -- attachments
KA stand mixer owners,
Do you have any attachments (besides the standard paddle, whisk, and dough hook), that you like? I don't have any yet.
One of my FB friends raves about her ice cream maker attachment, though, so that sparked my interest in looking into the attachments.

I have and love the ice cream attachment! I store the bowl in our deep freezer so it's ready to go when I want to use it. And after I mix all the ingredients I throw the bowl with the liquid in the freezer for an hour or so before mixing as well, it helps give it a firmer texture.
My mom bought me the food grinder attachment for my birthday; I really want to try making our own ground chicken/turkey for sausages. Haven't used it yet.
We have a Cuisinart ice cream maker (got it for DH's bday last year) that we like.
