Organization Binder
OK, so I am about to have kid #2 and reeeeeeeallly want to keep my family life/house organized as much as I can, while keeping my sanity.
I am going to attempt putting together a binder that has categories for things like: a calendar that shows the date that bills get paid (automatically or otherwise), cleaning schedule, and blank grocery lists with menu planning ideas. What else should/could I put in there so that I have useful resources right at my fingertips? Any advice would be great!!

The things you listed sound very very close to what flylady.com does.
You should go there and look.
I've put my bills on auto-pay, that way we won't slip up anywhere. I've set up my bank account to notify me whenever a deposit is made (so we stay on top of paycheck deposits) and when any withdrawal over a certain amount is made.
I know that isn't exactly "binder" material - but thought it might help you.
I would actually have a "white pages" and a "yellow pages" in your binder - your parents, siblings, close friends, pastor, electric/phone companies, your doctor, OB/GYN, pediatricians - and any fast food delivery places you might want to contact during your first couple of months. I'd also list things that you likely *won't* need, but wouldn't want to waste time finding their info like appliance and ac repair men.
