Maybe she needed some jaw surgery, but I'm thinking she added in some cosmetic touch ups to it. She should just admit it because it's way too obvious!

I ran the pictures by a dentist friend of mine, who said this:
She probably had a class 3 occlusion (an underbite where the lower teeth protrude) which is often corrected with surgery. It involves basically breaking the jaw and moving it backwards so that the upper and lower teeth meet properly. But it also looks like she may had a chin reduction.
