So I just got back from the pre-screen interview and it really was seriously 5 minutes. They asked 3 questions, what experience/skills I had for the job, How I would go about preventing students from mis-behaving, and how I would deal with an upset parent. I feel like I did well, but not like I blew them out of the water. A lady outside the interview was saying that about 140 people applied for this 1 position and that they narrowed it down to about 75 and then from this they were going to narrow it down to 5 for the actual interview, so I'm not holding my breath...I have lots of experience for this position but I'm worried that they may see me as too young (I'm 26 by the way, but sometimes get mistaken for a high school student). I was the youngest one that I saw at the interview although the person who last held this position was not much older then I am. But I was the most dressed up from the 10/15 people I saw while I was there.
So lets hope by some miracle I stood out and that they think I have potential!!

I hope you stood out to them!! I bet you did! When I was hired at my job, I was 24 and working at a very tough school. And I totally look like a high school kid. Hopefully those things don't matter.
