We are out of food in our house, actually I am not sure we ever really stocked back up. Its a sad state of affairs. But that means I can start fresh right?
So what are you having for dinner?
I think I am making Ashley's chicken casserole bake thing. It was a huge hit with everyone last time including Logan and the leftovers are yum!

Re: WFD?
DH works so I will probably resort to my single girl go-to food: a cheese quesadilla.
I was just thinking last night that its not so bad when his work schedule conflicts with mine, I get to eat what I want and watch the TV shows I want. Win-Win! I would probably not like it if it was a constant thing, but every other week I can deal with it.
I am going to try to pull off my plan from last night that didn't happen because I ended up sending work emails too late...
We are having our shower tiled (it has an ugly acrylic surround now) next week and we need to choose tile. So I'm thinking we will go to Lowe's to look and then grab dinner at a local wing place that's really good!
So if all goes well, I'll be having a buffalo tender taco with fries (or a salad if I feel like being good) and Chris will have grilled chicken with rice (he's so much better than I am!)

You should never move to Texas. We have the best Mexican restaurants, so you would be tempted to eat it seven days a week!
I'm pretty sure that our family in NY and Boston come here exclusively for the Mexican food, and just use visiting us as an excuse to get here - haha!

TTC Since January 2011 - We have bad spermI could seriously eat mexican food 7 days a week....
I have no idea what to make for dinner... we have zero food in the house... we are eating the stuff that sits forever and you never eat! We are hoping if we eat all this food, we can go to the store and stock back up....
I am having a hard time finding things for breakfast even.... blah....
It's one of those foods that when I have it one night, I literally craaave that taste the very next night and again.. and again.. lol It's so good! I'm glad we only have one delicious place in town (bc I'm too embarrassed to call there too often in a week LOL) so I can't over do it!
Definitely trying this recipe! And I too, could definitely eat Mexican style food multiple times weekly. It never gets old....I am salivating right now. Ugh and its lunch time and all I have is a lean pocket
Mo or Ashlee - can I get a link to this chicken casserole?
DH is going to meet a friend (his old roommate who moved back in to town this week; DH is so excited it makes me smile) to watch the Bulls game. And I have errands to run and cleaning to do so I'm eating leftover brat from grilling on Tuesday with some watermelon and probably chips.

Probably going to be popcorn and sodey (yeah, I said it) for us. We are going to a movie premiere right after work in Tampa. It is at least 30 minutes away and I'm sure we won't have time for much else.
Now that I think about it...we have a $50 giftcard to Cheesecake Factory, which is in Tampa. Maybe we can hit that up afterwards. Yummm!

How do you make your homemade fries? I get so effn mad every time I do it.
I am late to this but I posted the recipe in the "Recipe" sticky awhile ago. If it isn't there let me know and I will repost it for you.
Mo-so glad you liked it! It is our FAVORITE thing and I make it way too often!!
We just take the potatoe, cut it in half, and then cut the half in thirds or quarters depending on the size of the potatoe. We like them to be kind of like potatoe wedges though, if you wanted thinner fries, just cut the potatoe accordingly. We also like to leave the skin on them but you could always peel them if you wanted. We then just drop them in our mini deep fryer that has been preheated to 375. Since ours are thicker they take about 20ish minutes. Once done, we put them in a big bowl, put in a litle salt or old bay, and mix them up. Then plate them. Ta da!
