Database manager people ? where did you look for a job?
Are there any free to post websites you used to look for positions? I need to post a position for someone to be an in office go-to person for websites, database management and other tasks.
I have posted customer service positions before on places like craigslist, but I think customer service people are easier to reach compared to people with database and website experience. What job sites would be a good to post on?

I would look for jobs like that on my college's job website (even though I graduated there 7 years ago) and those are free to post on. You could look up the career services websites of colleges and send them your post. I would also look on careerbuilder.com - not sure if that is free to post.
Can you search LinkedIn for people who may be interested? Just another idea.
Do you have experience with The Raiser's Edge or other non-profit fundraising database systems? If so, I would check out the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits website - they have a pretty great comprehensive job search: www.minnesotanonprofits.org
