What do you do with old mulch?
We bought our house last year and one flower bed was done by the landscapers. I want to redo the flower bed. The mulch isn't the greatest, grass and weeds will start to grow in it (there is fabric under it so the roots don't reach the dirt dirt). I'm just trying to figure out what to do with the old mulch.
TIA
Re: What do you do with old mulch?
is it colored/dyed?
if its just regular brown mulch I would think it could just be mixed into the soil and eventually decompose
or just put it on craigslist. Just wrap it up in the fabric, (I think landscape fabric is evil in flower beds) and put it on your driveway, free to take
I wondered if this was a possibility! I'm glad that it should work!
To the other poster, it's just brown mulch.
