T&P Needed
Can I please ask you guys for some thoughts and prayers. MIL best friend (also known as mom #2) is in the ICU, she has a bad heart and already has a pace maker and a defibrillator. Well the other day while she was at work she went limp and started to turn blue but the defibrillator shocked her heart and started again. Well I just got off the phone with my mother in law and it doesn't look good, as far as we know she can't be a candidate for a transplant because she smokes. The two options as of right now is to "re-route" things to the right side of her heart so it will do all the work since the top left ventricle isn't working anymore or put her on hospice. So if you ladies could keep her and her family in your thoughts and prayers i would greatly appreciate it. There are a lot of maybe this or maybe that right now for her and we are all just so scared. We always knew we could lose her early but this just seems so unfair for her and her family. Thanks girls.
