soda stream owners - I have some questions for you
I can get a good deal on one but I don't know if I should buy it. Do you love it? Hate it? Is the diet cola any good? Does it taste more like coke or pepsi? Thanks

I too love mine. I LOVE soda though. I don't generally drink diet drinks, but their regular flavors are Splenda sweetened, so even the regular flavors aren't full calories (if that's why you want to drink the diet option). To be honest, I don't "love" the Cola-- to me, it reminds me more of a Tab flavor, but do like the Root Beer, and I remember enjoying most of the other regular flavors that were in my sample pack back when I got my SS. I can't wait for their naturals line to come out (or become more readily available.)
So far, I've REALLY liked Williams-Sonoma cola syrup, but it's both significantly more expensive ($16 a bottle) and you need much more of it per container, and it's not in any way, shape or form "low calories"--I think I only get 3-4 SS containers per bottle of syrup. (We don't have a C&B in my area so I haven't tried any of their flavors.) I tend to like my sodas on the strong side though.
I do have a follow up question though. First, have any of you tried the SS cherry cola? Next, have any of you ordered from the SS website? What was your experience?
I love mine, but mostly just use it for sparkling flavored water. I still have a bunch of the samples that came with it as well as a bottle of the cola syrup but I don't really like them much. It could be that I don't like the splenda flavor or that I need to add more syrup. I haven't tried any other syrups besides the soda stream ones.
