It's a....

baby..yep..just a baby still.  The little sucker (despite the coke I drank) would not uncross it's legs for anything.  Poking, prodding and such...crossed legs.  The tech did say she "thought" she saw little girl lines...which would go along with the consistent high heart rate that our midwife said indicated a girl...but now we wait for another 4 weeks.  It's going to be torture!

The baby did look very healthy and all looked normal..so we're focused on that!  :o)

Re: It's a....

  • Awww what a bummer, but that's great that baby is healthy! He/She just wanted to keep you guessing just a little bit longer! Hopefully she'll cooperate next time...but if your pregnancy has been anything like mine, those weeks are going to fly by!
  • bummer, but at least the baby is healthy.  crossing fingers the baby will play along next month.

  • What a bummer!  We weren't able to confirm until 20 weeks because the baby wouldn't show a thing.  Don't worry, the time will fly.  I have about 2 weeks left...eek!
  • Hooray for happy & healthy!!!!!! Hopefully the next 4 wks will fly by!
