For me personally?  I would say no.  I am very leery about that stuff but I'm sure other people will say it's ok if it was just yesterday, but this is just me.

It depends...if you are using it in something you are cooking yes I would because it will be heated up. But if you are eating it straight on something then no because I'm leary of dairy products that have expired.  That's just me though.

I've used sour cream, eggs, milk, and yogurt up to a couple of days past the expiration date, and I've never gotten sick.

Yes...as long as it smells okay!  Especially since it says "Best By"...instead of "Use By"....If it had said "Use by 10/13" then I would not.

Yes, if it looked, smelled and tasted ok...definitely. I've used milk past the expiration date and sometimes it's soured before the date...
