We have a new Sunday tradition at our house

Grilled pizza.  MrShoe wanted to try making his own pizza dough a couple weeks ago and it was so good.  So we did some more this week.  Here's what we've had so far:

pepperoni

canadian bacon & pineapple

crawfish, jalapenos & green bell peppers

goat cheese, sundried tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach & basil (holy yum)

crawfish & smoked sausage

bbq chicken & red onions

pepperoni & smoked sausage

 

We decided it's going to be our summer, Sunday "thing".  Any combo suggestions are welcome!

Greek one- kalamata olives, feta cheese, artichoke hearts, sundried tomatoes

We LOVE grilled pizza, the crust gets so nice and crisp!  We haven't done it in a while, we need to.  My favorite is goat cheese with chicken, mushrooms, onions and spinach.

We do Sunday night as homemade pizza night too! All of our pizza needs to be homemade b/c I have to use GF flour. Anywho, my favorite combo is: 

Sliced yellow squash (thin like pepperonis) layered on the entire bottom.

Finely diced red onion and bellpepper. 

Black olives and pineapple.

Lots of sauce and an ample amount of mozzarella!

Yum!
