Komi was...
AMAZINGLY YUMMY!
I posted last month asking for other tasty tasting bars in DC.
Thanks ladies! We never got off the wait list for minibar so we had to settle for Komi....darn the bad luck.
Komi was awesome. I wish I had taken notes on all the great things we ate. The yumminess just kept coming and coming. From the raw fish, to the scallops, to the half smoke, to the marscapone stuffed dates, to the delicious goat and pita bread, to the dessert and of course our yummy red wine. The service was impeccable and the staff was so friendly and welcoming and not snooty like you would expect at a pricey place like that.
It's going to be hard going out to eat at regular old places now that I've seen one of the best.
