1. Day to day?
Almost always water. Sometimes i add an emergen-c packet or a nuun tablet.
2. For happy hour/with dinner/etc.?
I usually order a dark ale, but with dinner my preference is usually red wine.

1.) Spring/Summer - iced tea. Fall/winter - apple cider
2.) Happy hour - Cosmo. With dinner - red or white wine, depending on what we're having.
Day to day - water. I used to hate it and now I rarely drink anything else.
For happy hour/with dinner - we actually don't go out much but when we go to the organic/local restaurant, I get a birch beer, which tastes a lot like root beer but better somehow. If we go out for Mexican (they also use local and organic ingredients!), a margarita. Now that I think about it, those are the only places we go out to eat unless we're with the IL's and then we end up at a chain.
For happy hour, wine usually or a mixed drink if something looks interesting.
Tired after a long morning of hiking and swimming.

2. For happy hour/with dinner/etc.? Happy hour - Lost Coast tangerine wheat ale, Hoegaarden Belgian white ale, Leinenkugel's summer shandy. With dinner - one of the beers I just listed, water, glass of reisling or pinot grigio.
