good questions to ask during a panel interview?
I've never participated in an interview, always been the one interviewing.
I have a series of panel interviews for a position in our department, starting this Thursday.
Any tips on questions to ask?
I know most, if not all, of the candidates for this job so that provides its own challenges..any tips on that? (I know that I need to 'forget' what I know about them on a personal side and go into it pretending that I don't know them)

In any interview, I like to ask what concerns they have about my qualifications. That gives you the opportunity to address them.
