As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

F/U on updating siggies
I know some people were having issues with changing their signatures. Supposedly there is an old code there currently but you can change it (provided that you don't have symbols in your name - that's a different issue). The only code that appears to be supported in the current siggy configuration is HTML for images, links and line breaks. Any extra code causes errors.
I guess just play around with what you are putting in because others have been able to get it changed. Let me know if you can't get it to work.
