I did a combo of some of the suggestions and add some of my own flare:
1 egg white
paprika
minced onions, shallots and garlic mixture
salsa
shredded pepper jack cheese
onion powder
oregeno
cumin
red pepper flakes (I did not have any cayenne pepper)
dry ground mustard
Since it was raining, we cooked the burgers inside and they were moist and juicy. I topped my burger with spinach, tomatoes and some sliced cheddar. They were quite filling as DH usually has 2 but he had to stop at one. Plus the SP fries were a perfect pair.
