Cat owners

Does anyone's cat cry at night?!  It usually doesn't wake me up mostly B but that is because she usually does it downstairs and I'm a heavy sleeper but last night she was doing it in our bedroom and it was like someone screaming!  It'll be for like 5-10 minutes once or 2x a night sometimes not at all.   Bad dreams maybe?! a mating call? haha  There is nothing wrong with her physically....

Re: Cat owners

  • I used Dr. Google and some people said it comes with age... my cat is 14yrs old but she has no ailments as hearing or eyesight.  She's just a biotch

  • Mine cries at night too to try to get me to come pet her.  I also had a cat who cried every time she was going to puke (she liked witnesses to the act).  Is your cat older?  I noticed that a few of my older cats would cry like they didn't know where they were.  Like kitty dementia or something.

I was typing my reply when you posted this so I didn't see it.  I blame a lot of my cat's behavior on her being a biotch too.

  • Totally dementia.  and I think it has something to do with the being pet thing.  Because now that I'm home a lot she is UP MY A$S so I guess she gets lonely at night.   It usually stops when we call her like psss psss psss or pat the bed and she'll jump up on it for all of a minute then go back downstairs.   But dude if you want company just friggin sleep on the bed not downstairs.

  • Mine is ***, but he does it when there is another animal outside or when he wants something....Food, water, attention or if he pukes. It bugs the shiit out of him when there is puke on the floor.
