As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Need some T&Ps
One of my close girlfriends just lost the love of her life yesterday morning. He had a sudden and massive heart attack in bed and died almost instantly. I guess she was doing CPR until the ambulance came, but there was no way to prevent it. He was only 30 and was a triathlete and marathoner. It is so shocking and sad, he was SUCH a good guy! I spent the night with her last night, and she is so strong! Please keep her and his family in your prayers as they try to work through this nightmare.

Oh my goodness - ohmygoodness I can't even imagine. This is just devastating! I'll be keeping her and her family in my prayers - and I'll be praying for you too that you'll be able to maintain the strength to help pick up her pieces!!

Thanks Jeni, it is hard to stay strong for her, but we have a great group of girls that she can lean on.
It really makes me appreciate every moment with my DH and reminds me to live life to its fullest

Oh my gosh!!!! This is just devastating. Many many t&p go out to her, their families and all their friends. There are no words to describe how awful this really is.
