Hi ladies, I am moving onto IVF (hopefully sooner than later) and IVF Phoenix is running a summer special and are about 1/2 the price of what my clinic charges so I am starting to look into them. Have any of you looked into this clinic, used this clinic or know anyone who has? The dr is John Couvaras, MD.
Any feedback you all have is appreciated. TIA!!!

Thanks, I did a little research today on breaks. Tonight I plan to hit SART. I went ahead and made an appointment for next week...the worst case is I don't like them and stick with my regular office. A second opinion never hurts as I see it. The deal is really good, it includes pretty much everything but meds. I think we can pull off the Aug 15 cycle date timeline...we will see.
Who knows, maybe I will pull a miracle off tomorrow and they grew a in 2 days what I need them to all cycle...hey a girl can dream

Thanks I will make sure to double check it as i thought it said all appts and ultrasounds were included. Meds and bloodwork were not but I can deal with both of those. Both may get picked up by ins...meds at least should.

Yikes. I haven't heard of them either and I'm sorry that you're being forced down that road.
What about that Puerto Rico program we talked about? Are you still considering that?
I am still considering the Puerto Rico IVF but the problem is with me taking the new job I only have 3 weeks of vacation and this year since I started late I don't even have the full 3 weeks. If I take unpaid work then we are basically at the same cost as doing IVF here in the states.
I have a meeting with Dr Nemiro (current clinic) on the 2nd and we will see what protocol he wants to use so I can get a true breakdown of cost from him so we can figure out where to go from here. Hopefully we can start by late summer.
