Re: Partners in Obstetrics
I go there! I mostly go to the Pawtucket office but I have been to the East Providence office a few times.
My primary doctor is Dr. Lievense. I LOVE her! However when I was pregnant I had to meet with all the doctors just in case I went into labor and Dr.Lievense wasnt on for some reason.
When I set up my first appointment I saw Dr. Kokturk. I'm usually not to comfortable with men doctors but he was great! Very thorough and explained a lot to me. As my pregnancy went on I seen all of the doctors once except Dr. Domagalski. (Not really sure why but I just never had an appointment with her).
When I went for mt final appointment the week I was due I saw Dr.Kokturk again. He ended up scheduling me for a c-section do to the size of my pelvis, the size of the baby and the fact that I wasnt even close to pregressing. I went in on a Monday and had my scheduled c-section on Friday. However my baby had other plans for me. I ended up going into labor the night before, went to Women and Infants and my water broke there.
Dr.Domagalski ended up being the physician on call. We met and she ended up doing my c-section 5 hours later. She was great! The scar is hardly visable. The recovery was great. Even the nurses commented on how great my incision looked.
Dr.Kokturk came into the recovery room and saw me. He wanted to check on me and see how I was doing. They both came in and seen how I was doing through out my 5 days there. They really are a bunch of great doctors there.
Sorry for the long post I just wanted to give you an idea about the doctors that work there.
Love them!!! I see Dr. Domagalsk and she delivered my LO.
When I had my miscarriage everyone was so great at the office. Very supportive. Dr.DOmagalsk also did my D&C. She was so nice about it.
I did meet with all of them while I was pg. All very nice!
My last apt. before I went into labor I met with the male doctor who had told us we were having a miscarriage and he remember who we were. I am sure he looked in my file but still it was nice that we remembered us. It was also neat in a way that he was the last doctor we saw before going into labor.
I go to the Woonsocket location the most but went to Pawtucket too.
Again I cannot speak highly enough about the practice and my doctor.
Partners was recommended to me by my two sisters in law and by two friends I worked with who are really picky, hard-to-please lawyers. So, the doctors have to be good.
I also go to them, I go to the East Greenwich office - Dr. Koturk. I was a little hesitant at first, haven't had the best luck w/ male doctors, but I really like him.
I will say I was part of the IUD recall - they couldn't confirm mine was or was not one of the IUD's in question, but they offered to make it right either way. I felt they handled it very well and were very honest and professional. I would absolutely recommend the East Greenwich office (I haven't been to any of the others)
