eyebrow threading
I'm searching for a local place that does eyebrow threading - I can't
get them waxed. Friends (from abroad) swear by it but I don't know how
to track a salon down. Does anyone know of any places near
Hershey/Palmyra/Harrisburg that does threading?

I don't know of a place in that area but I agree with them, it is great! I am the same as you and break out terribly after waxing but I love this and the hair doesn't grow back as fast either! Good luck.
I've been here twice. The first time a young girl did them & did a great job. The second time an older lady did mine & she messed them up. Just be sure to specify not too thin if you are worried about that. I'm still growing mine back in!
