DH wants a new iron for his birthday. He wants something nice that steams and is self cleaning. Rec your iron please and more points if you tell me where you bought it.
Thanks.
Re: Rec your iron....
This is the iron I have. It's lovely, very heavy, steams well. I am 99% certain H got it at Costco at Christmas time.

But if I had to choose, I would get this one:

or this one:

iron... what's that? You mean you can't downy wrinkle release everything?
MY DH likes to iron too... I am terrible at it and refuse to buy anything that requires ironing or dry cleaning. I always forget and end up ruining the stuff.
Hello want to come and iron for me? please! LOL
I know how, its just a PITA. But it is one of the first things I tought H just so I didnt have to iron for him through the police Acc.
I blame it on my dad...every morning he gets up to iron. And every morning of my life while I lived at home (or go to visit) all I have to do is put my clothes on the ironing board and he presses them. When I went to college I had to keep the habit up because I'm slightly obsessive about having freshly ironed clothes...to the point of taking off my clothes and putting on pjs for a nap and then redressing. Yup, I even iron my jeans. DH can walk out of the house with a wrinkled shirt and it kills me...sometimes he lets me iron his shirts but rarely.
So sure, bring me some ironing!
