Where to get garden signs?

For Father's Day I'd like to get DH some little signs for his vegetable garden that say what's growing.  I'm intimidated by the selection when I just Google it - anyone have any garden signs that they really like?  Are there any that you can write on, so that you can reuse them year after year?

Thanks for any recommendations!

Wife, Musician, Fed, WW-er, and Mom of three little kids - not necessarily in that order.

This are about as cheap as they come. We used these in horticulture school in the propagation houses. You just write on them with a Sharpie marker (or even a pencil).

Of course, you can buy very expensive signs, like you said there are a million options. Most people I know just make them with sticks and cards (plastic) from a craft store, stapled together.

I just bought some of the plastic ones at our local nursery, now I'm wishing I had taken the time to make some cute labels and laminate them and . . . oh who am I kidding, like I'd ever get around to it. LOL. But it would be a thoughtful gift if one is crafty.

  • There are a couple sellers on etsy that make cute garden signs.  I bought some chalkboard-style style ones for my indoor potted plants.
