Another hump day vent/whine
Not going to hijack the other post so I figured I would make my own. I have had an awful cold since Sunday and it has progressivly gotten worse. Cough, sore throat (which has now traveled into my ears), congestion, cant catch my breath, cant sleep....you name it I have it.
Well to top it off this morning, I think I pulled an ab muscle from coughing so hard. If being having stretched out abs at 37 weeks pregnant was not uncomfortable enough, this sore muscle is right in the spot where this baby has her feet.
Kill me now please.

I am debating on whether to call the doc or not. Is there anything they can tell me other than to rest and stay hydrated?
I am writing my dissertation, I cant rest! And DH is sick with the same thing, so we end up keeping each other awake most of the night. We are pretty pathetic at the moment.
OK...
1. How the heck are you 37 weeks along already. Clearly I have not been paying close enough attention. The good news is that there is a bright light at the end of the tunnel!
2. Mad props to you for writing your dissertation while pregnant. I wrote my master's thesis when I was pregnant so I know how difficult that can be. Hang in there. It will all be worth it in the end!
I would suggest a heating pad on the stomach muscle, but that's probably terrible advice for a pregnant lady, right? :-)
