WTF Wednesday

I'm starting this early since I will be spending most of my day in the warehouse doing inventory and will be here sporadically.  Don't worry I have people that will be moving and counting things for me.  I get to supervise, direct, and write out the tags. 

WTF is with being told by management that certain people will help with this inventory project but that manager keeps pulling them from the project then questions why it isn't getting done.

WTF is with the project supposed to start at 9:15 but has now been moved to 12:30.  Ugh!  I just want this done so I can get back to my regular work and another project I need to get done.

WTF?  That's all I can think of at the moment.

WTF is going on with my body. I hate this whole not knowing thing. My discharge (sorry if tmi) changed late on Monday to being more watery, so I called my OB to make sure I wasn't leaking amniotic fluid - after being monitored in L&D for a few hours and the swab test thingie, Luckily I'm not. But my ob raped me when she did the internal. I have never had one so uncomfortable. Granted, it was because she checked the membranes to ensure they were still intact (they are)... but dear lord. Afterwards I was severely uncomfortable. Bloody discharge - to be expected (although it was slightly bloody before going into L&D)... This mornign I kept waking up to what felt like period cramps and I chalked it up to the internal done yesterday. Then I realized they were coming consistently. The most uncomfortable I've had yet, but still able to function through them.

So for the past hour they've been coming between 2/3-8 minutes apart. And lasting around 1min - 1.5min. I'm not impressed. I need them to either become more consistent or go away. I'm supposed to go into work at 1230 to conduct interviews and I need to know if I need to call my boss or not and tell her if I'm coming in or not. 

Ergh, WhyTF can't my body have light up signs that say "yes this is it, call your boss!!" or "nope I'm just faking it ..again, suckerrrrr" That would make my life much easier this morning.

WTF body, massive cramps like I'm 15 again?  Ugh, boo!

WTF is up with my coworkers, everyone knows you don't have anything to do, so man up and volunteer to help with some of the crap other people have to do.

ETA: WTF is up w/me not being able to register for a class I need for work?  I've already emailed the help desk, with no response!

WTF--my house is an obstacle course war zone! My fridge, stove, and washer/dryer are all in my dining room/living room. My microwave is on the dining room table... ARGHHH!!! When will my house ever be normal again. I am tired of having to shuffle things around to try and get anything done. Good thing I made and froze meals ahead of time that can be microwaved or Dunc and I would be screwed royally!!! I want my house back!!!

WTF--why can't this school I've interviewed with just tell if I've gotten the job or not. I really want it. It's half time which would be perfect for me--the best of both worlds be with Dunc and teach! UGH--I hate waiting.  

WTF--I still have so much to do and I'm here nesting... shame. Must get back to work.

Mar- crazy story that kind of relates to your WTF. My friend went to labor and delivery for two hours this morning and they sent her home. Shortly after, she gave birth on her parents front steps to her son with the help of two police officers. So moral of the story, I hope when you go (which could be soon!) you tell them you want to stay. Ok onto WTF. WTF Im annoyed with our pool right now. We spent over $100 on chemicals in the past four days and I think it needs more

WhyTF can't people do their job correctly?! Errr I'm tired of having to fix their mistakes!

WTF is up with me not wanting to work this week? I have gotten all my work done and end up sitting around for half the day.

Oh, Mar! I feel your pain! I know it's really hard to do, but get some rest -- you'll either need it really soon or it'll help the contractions go away so you can function until it really is time. Best advice I ever heard (that I didn't take, unfortunately) is to ignore it until it can't be ignored.

WHYTF won't they announce layoffs first thing in the morning??! It's 1:15 and no word. Do they expect ANYone to get anyTHING done while waiting for the news????!!!! And for godsakes, if you lay off MH please send him home for the rest of the day too so he can pack for our trip.

Again I will sound selfish but I was totally wondering why things were not being purchased when finally people said they felt they should let me know.

Between the doubles and the extra clothes I will also be making a lot of returns.

Again I will sound selfish but I was totally wondering why things were not being purchased when finally people said they felt they should let me know.

I didn't have this issue, but my one friend got 3 bouncy chairs because of this. 

Also, I guess I didn't have this issue because my mom, sister and grandmother bought all our major items for us. They were frustrated that people weren't buying things off the registry and took it upon themselves.

WhyTF won't my RE's office let me schedule appointments when it's convenient for me and Drew.  I don't care if you schedule ultrasounds first thing in the morning.  Drew doesn't get off of work until 7, therefore, we can't be in at that time.  I'll come in at 8 and you can figure out how to schedule your people.  I pay for you to accommodate me, TYVM!

WTF is with to-do list being about fifty miles long, and yet there is so much more that I can be doing that is not even on there. I am holding off on those things until after vacation in two weeks.

WTF is with the lady that runs the Childbirth class at the hospital not reading my registration.  I emailed her twice last week and send in my form about the class in July.  She calls and leaves me a voicemail saying I am all set for the class in May.  I called her back but she had left for the day.  Ugh!  Can't you fvcking read?

WTF is with these contractions. Seriously!! They were getting stronger and stonger, and more and more consistent - then out of no where they went to every 20 minutes for about an hour and a half, and now they're building up again. Dont get me wrong, the break was nice I got a nap in... but come onnnnnnn pick one! Either we're having this baby soon or we're not body, and I would like your decision.

Our place is being painted from top to bottom. Our spare bedroom furniture is now in storage and everything else from our spare bedroom is in our bedroom. We can't even see our bed right now. It's piled to the ceiling with Rob's clothes. He has probably three times as much clothes as me!

WheneverTF Mel invites us! I'm ready!

I am thinking we just need to pick a Sat or Sun and barge in =p at least that is what her mom told me this morning lol. Oh and she goes back to work Mon. That was a fast 3 months!!
