Short getaway ideas with toddler

We are looking into going away for a night or two this summer with the little man....sticking to New England, preferably.

Any suggestions on Inns or hotels that are good for a toddler?  He is still pretty young to enjoy most attractions....

Re: Short getaway ideas with toddler

  • NH is always a fun time. I think the Red Jacket Inn has an indoor water park that he could splash around in and is close to Story Land.  There will be some rides that he will enjoy and it is pretty inexpensive.

Mystic too.  There is the aquarium, Seaport, shopping.

  • We're going to NH this summer for a few days and our youngest will be turning one.  We plan on going to Santa's Village, Story Land and Whale's Tale.

  • I was going to say NH as well - my boys are a little older, but we went last fall to Clark's Trading Post and it was a blast, we're talking about going again this year.
