Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

UPDATE: H's potential promotion
Remember back at the end of March H applied for the District Manager's position? Well we STILL have not heard anything one way or another. Two weekends ago when we went to the beach he did find out that they went around and talked to a lot of people who WERE NOT getting the position. So, we are going with the no news is good news mantra. By his guestimations of what he has heard through the rumor mill the field is down to about 4 people. They are supposed to be promoting 3 people. He has heard a rumor that they will be calling people back in for a 3rd interview!!
He has his yearly review this Friday and it will be with his District manager and Regional manager. He is really nervous that he might be getting bad news. So if you have any spare vibes we could use some on Friday!!
